Pumpkin Pancake Mix What Is Wrong With This Pumpkin Pancake Recipe??

What is wrong with this pumpkin pancake recipe?? - pumpkin pancake mix

I know the dry and wet ingredients together separately and do not overmix. I have this online recipe sounded good, but the mixture too thick - the outside is cooked but the inside is more Goopy. Looks like I need more liquid, but a recipe too far? Or you have a better recipe for pumpkin pie? Thank you!
