I have poison ivy in my garden, but my doctor says your symptoms are not sore or itch of poison ivy, but my dog had ringworm. Has anyone a similar rash?

It begins as a small spot of blood that they are very badly hurt. Itching occurs mainly in the arms, ankles and head. No hair loss. A few white bumps that look like something they have in them are very small and do not have a break or a ravine. I can be a little black bump on the skin can be broken by (May hairs) Any idea?
