L Shaped Table How Do I Fix The L-shaped Window Arm On A 2001 Wrangler Soft Top?

How do I fix the L-shaped window arm on a 2001 Wrangler soft top? - l shaped table

The L-shaped arm behind the two windows in my jeep soft top down, to relax a little joint connects the control bars. Is this a problem? I want to fix it now before it a big problem. Common HRT? Am I doing something wrong if I sometimes top to bottom?
